Preparation & Ingredients
1 tbsp. coriander seeds, crushed.
10 black peppercorns.
6 cloves.
1 tsp. salt.
2 tsp. paprika.
1 tsp. seeds from green cardamom pods.
½  tsp. white cumin seeds.
5 cm stick of cinnamon stick.
About 1.5Kg of chopped lamb ( about one and a half legs!).
2 large onions, coarsely chopped.
1 bunch of spring onions.
A good handful of cherry tomatoes.
An equally good handful of fresh coriander!
150 ml Greek yoghurt (don’t use that low fat rubbish!)
250g vegetable ghee (you could use sunflower oil instead,
    but there is no substitute for ghee!)
6 tsp. of chopped red chillies (leave the seeds in!).
1 tsp. garum masala.
6 crushed garlic cloves.
1 tbsp. of coarsely grated root ginger.
